Geolocation does not work on the Store Locator
For information, BRIDGE does not generate GPS coordinates, it requests them from your internal browser (see: IP & HTML5 Geolocation: detailed operation).
1. Nothing happens when I click on "Geolocate Me"
If nothing happens when you click on the geolocation button on your Store Locator, it is possible that geolocation is disabled on your browser or operating system. See the article "Accessing your browser's Geolocation settings" to enable geolocation on your device.
2. A point of sale does not appear in the search results or is poorly geolocated on the map
BRIDGE calculates the GPS position of your point of sale based on the postal address entered in the Back Office. It may be inaccurate or misinformed.
If the error persists, contact the support department with precise information about this point of sale.
