Opening hours

  • Classic opening hours

Opening hours are mandatory to ensure the quality of your BRIDGE database and to deliver the best experience to your customers.

NEED TO KNOW

  • If you create a point of sale through the BRIDGE API without opening hours, this will engender an error and the creation will be refused.
  • ie: "ETL_Bridge prod: at least one POS import failed today
    POS : (San Fransisco) -> openingHours are not set    "

An opening hour may have 3 formats :  

- 1 opening hours set by day. ie: 09:00-19:00

-2 opening hours set. ie: 09:00-11:00;12:00-19:30

-24H/24 opening.

  • Opening hours based on rdv only 

Specific situation regarding the diffusion of points of sale on publishers (Google My Business, Apple, Bing, etc.):

Publishers advice you to add to point of sale as closed if this one is only available by rdv. You will avoid the deception of your customers while going to the closed store.

If you need to add more details about the availability of the point of sale via rdv only, feel free to mention it in the point of sale description.
