Managing potential customers means activating the Leads module in the general configuration of BRIDGE. Please contact BRIDGE support team to activate this module.
You are Location manager
Email notification for new leads
Each lead from your locale page are sent to you by email. See an example below :
You can :
- reply directly to this request by clicking on the button "Reply"
- or manage this request in BRIDGE by clicking on the button "Open"
In both cases, an email with your message will be sent to the lead (see example below) and your message will be directly saved in BRIDGE:

Read and manage your leads in BRIDGE
- Find all your leads in the "Leads" tab of the side menu
- Click on a lead to see its details
- Find :
- On the left side : the contact informations (First name, Last name, Email), the lead status (New, In progress or Closed) and the other informations related to your contact form
- On the right side : a conversation space with the initial message of the lead, then a dialog where you can send a message directly to your lead (he will receive an email with the message) or leave a private message that will only be visible to other BRIDGE users
- You can :
- Write a message to reply to the request. The lead will receive a BRIDGE email with your message. The lead status will automatically move to "In progress"
- Click on the button "Close this lead" to close the lead if it don't require a response from you
You are Administrator or Group manager
Email notification for new leads
By default, all leads for a location are sent by email to all of the managers of that Location only.
Administrators and Group managers can also receive leads. Administrator (or Group manager) notification by email must be activated in the configuration of BRIDGE.

- In the "Leads" tab of the side menu, click on "All leads"
- Go to a lead by clicking on the magnifying glass picto in the "Actions" column
- Find :
- On the left side : the contact informations (First name, Last name, Email), the lead status (New, In progress or Closed) and the other informations related to your contact form
- On the right side : a conversation space with the initial message of the lead, then a dialog where you can send a message directly to your lead (he will receive an email with the message) or leave a private message that will only be visible to other BRIDGE users
