The "FAQ zones" feature lets you add a question/answer zone to your Store Locator pages.
What is the new FAQ feature?
It's an area at the bottom of the page that answers the most frequently asked questions.
FAQ zones are available on the following 3 types of pages:
- The home page.
- Geodivision pages (countries, regions, departments, cities).
- Local pages: Questions/answers are broadcast on all your local pages, so they need to be general enough to be adapted to all the establishments in the network.
You can differentiate the questions displayed in these 3 zones. To modify the content of your questions/answers, please contact your BRIDGE Support Department (support.bridge@solocal.com).
What are the benefits for your Store Locator?
You can choose the questions and answers of your choice, and adapt them to your customers' needs.
FAQ zones make it easier for visitors to find information. They can easily find answers at the bottom of the page.
It's also a lever for improving the SEO of your local pages by adding keywords related to your business or brand.
