As an administrator or a group manager,
- In the "Users" tab of the menu, click on "All users"
- Access user information by clicking on "Edit" in the "Actions" column
- Click on "Edit" just to the right of the user name to update the first name or the last name.
- Click on "Save changes"
- Modify the role by clicking on "Edit" just to the right of "Role and locations"
- Click on "Save changes"
Please note: for security reasons, the email cannot be modified. If you want to modify it, you must delete the account and create a new one with the new email.
