Group managers can respond to reviews issued on their scope of locations, directly on BRIDGE.
 

Review management as Location manager 

Location managers also have access to reviews management. They can respond to the reviews issued about their location, directly on BRIDGE.

Location managers also receive a monthly summary of the notices received during the last month by email. This summary mentions : 

• the number of reviews received during the last month
• the average score of these reviews
• the number of 'negative' reviews (score less than 3 stars) received during this last month
