Compatible Publishers 

Compatible publishers with reviews management are :

• Google Business Profile
  
  
• Facebook 
  
  
• Pages Jaunes (France only, 'syndicated' reviews included*)

Note : Reviews management module is a sub-module of Online Listing module, so it is not possible to manage the reviews without having the Online Listing module activated.

Note 2 : Reviews management is possible only for reviews from locations published and synchronized on publishers. 

Answering to a review

The 3 publishers allow to answer to the reviews. The answers written in BRIDGE are automatically published below the corresponding review, on the publisher. Answering to a review ('syndicated reviews excluded) automatically put the review in Processed status. 

• For Google Business Profile & Facebook : the answer is published almost instantly
  
  
• For Pages Jaunes : due to moderation process, it could take up to 12 hours to be published

The status of the answer are displayed with 3 possibilities :

• Published : The moderation of your answer has been accepted, and the answer is displayed on the publisher
• Pending : The moderation of your answer is processing.
• Not published : the moderation of your answer has been refused.

Please note that it is not possible to answer to 'syndicated' reviews directly from BRIDGE Back Office ! 

A mistake in your answer ? You can edit it by clicking on "Modify", below the answer you want to edit.

How to edit a review

Note : It is possible to write only one answer to the review. Also, the comments written after the answer to the reviews (like on Facebook, for example) are not handled by BRIDGE; so they will not appear in BRIDGE interface. 

Review display delay on Bridge

The delay for a location based on the number of reviews during the last 3 months.

• Less 12 reviews : 3 days maximum
• Between 13 and 59 reviews : 12 hours maximum
• More than60 reviews : 6 hours maximum
