Add exceptional hours via a bulk action

In the "Locations" tab of the left side menu, click on "All locations".

1. Select one or several locations
2. Click on the "Bulk actions" link
3. Click on "Add exceptional hours"
4. You can:
   • create an exceptional hour with 
     • A start date
     • An end date
     • Opening hours during this period
     • Additional information (text that will be displayed on your local page of Store Locator only)
   • create an exceptional closing hour with 
     • A start date
     • An end date
     • Additional information (text that will be displayed on your local page of Store Locator only)
5. Click on "Add these exceptional hours" to launch the creation of these exceptional hours on your selection of locations
6. Follow the creation of these exceptional hours by clicking on the "Refresh" link
7. Download the bulk action report as you need it.

IMPORTANT :

If exceptional hours already exist at the same dates for selected locations, these exceptional hours will be deleted.

NB: Old exceptional hours are automatically deleted at D+2 of the BRIDGE platform in order to daily clean the location data.

Time limits for taking into account exceptional schedules

On the Store Locator, the update is instantaneous! 

For Online Listing, (i.e. time to put information on line on points of sale in Synchronized status), the deadlines depend on the publisher. 

• Yellow Pages (France only) : 2 business days
• GMB (International) : real time
