Exceptional hours import can be done via a location import where the Exceptional Hours column contains the exceptional hours of each location.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
- Importing an empty value in this column will delete all exceptional hours that exist at the location concerned.
- Exceptional hours are separated by a comma and a space.
- Old exceptional hours are automatically deleted at D+2 of the BRIDGE platform in order to daily clean the location data.
TIP
- To facilitate the preparation of your import file, you can create one or more exceptional hours on a location and export this location. In this way, you will have the syntax of the exceptional hours to replicate on the other locations.
